Repair Services
Powell Service Technicians are easily accessible and available to support customers
with specialized assistance should problems occur.
Telephone Or E-Mail Troubleshooting and Consultation
During regular business hours (7:30am to 5:00pm EST), Powell engineers or technicians
provide consultation or troubleshooting advice on the telephone or via e-mail free
of charge for up to 15 minutes (during regular business hours only). After 15 minutes,
a consultation rate will apply.

your call to the appropriate engineer or technician.
In-Shop Parts Repair
Powell has a fully equipped repair facility to service parts on all Powell equipment.
Items commonly repaired, rebuilt, or refurbished are:
- manual and automated control and shut-off valves
- pressure switches
- gauges
- transmitters
- transducers
- flow meters
- pumps
- pneumatic motors
- ORP electrodes
- and many others.
Powell may charge an evaluation fee. Upon evaluation, a quotation for the
necessary repair will be provided for customer approval. The evaluation fee
is waived if the item is repaired by Powell or if a new item is purchased from Powell.
