Powell Service Technicians are easily accessible and available to support customers with specialized assistance should problems occur.
Telephone Or E-Mail Troubleshooting and Consultation
During regular business hours (7:30am to 5:00pm EST), Powell engineers or technicians provide consultation or troubleshooting advice on the telephone or via e-mail free of charge for up to 15 minutes (during regular business hours only). After 15 minutes, a consultation rate will apply.

In-Shop Parts Repair
Powell has a fully equipped repair facility to service parts on all Powell equipment. Items commonly repaired, rebuilt, or refurbished are manual and automated control and shut-off valves, pressure switches, gauges, transmitters, transducers, flow meters, pumps, pneumatic motors, ORP electrodes, and many others.
We have a $25 evaluation fee, which is waived if the item is repaired, or if a new item is purchased from Powell. Upon evaluation, a quotation for the necessary repair will be provided for customer approval.
