24/7 Emergency Assistance
Powell engineers or technicians are available 24/7 to provide emergency consultation or troubleshooting advice on the telephone free of charge for up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, a consultation rate will apply.
To reach an engineer or technician for emergency assistance, call the Powell business phone number — 989.681.2158. During regular business hours the phone is answered by an attendant who directs the call. After regular business hours (5:01pm to 7:29am EST), callers will be connected with a menu-driven program that offers several options for assistance. For example, if immediate assistance is required, caller will be asked to leave name, phone number and a message. A Powell technician will promptly return all emergency calls.
