The Powell Continuous Chemical Blending & Dilution System is designed for the continuous production of diluted chemicals. Systems range in size from compact freestanding systems to skid mounted systems with integrated heat exchangers. The unit features multiple-stream blending and automatically shuts down with loss of raw materials or dilution error. For more difficult dilution problems, the feed forward control systems using density control are utilized.
The packaged system uses Allen Bradley/Rosemount controls, Durco control valves, and Allen Bradley PLC logic controllers. The systems provide a consistent final product, allowing tight product specifications and reduced loss of raw materials. Direct tanker loading of any bleach brought from storage tanks allows reduced storage capacity.
