Powell Puts Together Team of Global Partners to Support UniChlor™ Technology
Implementation
UniChlor™ Technology is being offered in
the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, and South America by a team
of global players representing the best in technology, equipment, and construction.
Powell is leading the team, which collectively can support all phases of UniChlor™
Technology implementation from marketing, feasibility analysis and financing, to
construction and operation. The team includes the following companies, all leaders
in the markets in which they participate.

Powell Fabrication & Manufacturing, Inc.
Powell is based in St. Louis, Michigan and is the premier US provider of technology-based
solutions and state-of-the-art chlorine scrubbers and sodium hypochlorite process
equipment. As the supplier of a key piece of the technology, Powell is leading the
effort to bring UniChlor™ Technology to North and South America. In the role
of facilitator, Powell can focus the appropriate resources necessary to provide
a complete technology/equipment, financing, and construction package.

Uhdenora SpA
Uhdenora SpA is a joint company of Uhde/Germany and Gruppo DeNora/Italy operating
worldwide with main headquarters in Milan Italy. The company's activities focus
on technology and equipment for chlor-alkali facilities including electrolysis of
brine for the production of chlorine and caustic using the Uhde BM-2.7 single element
bipolar membrane electrolyzer, and technology based on GDE (Gas Diffusion Electrodes)

SPL Group
The quality and availability of salt is a key factor in the successful operation
of a project incorporating UniChlor™ Technology. Sociedad Punta de Lobos SA
(SPL) owns and operates a state-of-the-art production facility in the northern region
of Chile that consistently supplies high purity, low sodium bromide salt. Alternative
choices relative to quality, type, and cost of salt may be viable options and salt
selection will be considered on a project-specific basis.
