The UniPro™ pneumatic actuator and its mounting hardware are designed as one unit for ease of storage, installation and use. It weighs less than 30 pounds and, whether boom-mounted or free-standing, can be easily installed by one operator. Though seldom necessary, as many as four UniPro™ pneumatic actuators can be mounted on a single dome without special brackets or fixtures. The need for large, clumsy bracketry requiring operator adjustment at each installation is eliminated. After the UniPro™ has been activated it can be easily lifted off the valve and the valve can then be manually opened. The UniPro™ pneumatic actuator is then replaced on the valve, the system is reset and it is ready to operate as needed.
