Field Engineering & Technical Service
Our Field Engineering and Technical Service’s Department is available to provide immediate
customer support for troubleshooting and consultation regarding customer issues
and concerns. Powell service technicians have extensive knowledge about our customers
and equipment and are uniquely positioned to provide the best service and support
in the industry. Technical Service provides 24/7 support for customers and manages
in-house instrumentation maintenance and repair. They offer a broad-based knowledge
of the industry, the processes our equipment is used in, and the mechanics of keeping
Powell equipment running in top form.
Parts Repair
Powell has a fully equipped repair facility to service parts on all Powell equipment.
Items commonly repaired or rebuilt include manual and automated control and shut-off
valves, pressure switches, gauges, transmitters, transducers, flow meters, pumps,
pneumatic motors, ORP electrodes, and many others.
